About VGEC 2026
The Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress (VGEC) is an annual scientific event organized by the Vietnamese Federation for Digestive Endoscopy (VFDE).
The 9th Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress – VGEC 2025 was successfully held on April 18 – 19, 2025 in Can Tho City, attracting over 1,000 doctors, nurses, and experts in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy and related specialties.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am honored to announce that the 10th Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress (VGEC 2026) will be held on April 17–18, 2026 (Friday and Saturday) at 108 Central Military Hospital.
Established in 2011, the Vietnamese Federation for Digestive Endoscopy (VFDE) has been committed to advancing the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy in Vietnam. Its mission includes promoting the application and development of modern endoscopic techniques, enhancing clinical practice and professional training in alignment with increasingly high standards, and strengthening collaboration with both national and international organizations. Over the past decade, VFDE has successfully co-organized nine Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congresses, making a significant contribution to the growth of the specialty across the country.
The Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress (VGEC) is an annual academic event organized by the Vietnamese Federation for Digestive Endoscopy (VFDE). The congress brings together a large community of experts, doctors, nurses, and technicians working in gastrointestinal endoscopy, gastroenterology, and related specialties.
The 10th Vietnamese Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Congress (VGEC 2026) will be held over two days, from April 17 to 18, 2026 (Friday and Saturday), at 108 Central Military Hospital – the historic and vibrant heart of Vietnam’s capital, where tradition and modernity converge.
